Babilou Family announces the appointment of Morgane Weill to the position of Chief Operating Officer 

Reporting to Christophe Fond, Chairman and CEO of Babilou Family, Morgane Weill will join the Group's executive committee and will be tasked with continuing the transformation and development of Babilou Family in France and worldwide. 

A former student of the ENA (National School of Administration), Morgane began her career within the General Inspectorate of Finance. She joined Carrefour in 2018 where she was successively Chief of Staff to CEO Alexandre Bompard, Director of Strategy and Customers within the Group's Executive Committee and then Director of Carrefour Supermarkets in France. 

In 2022, she was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff to Bruno Le Maire, Minister of Economy and Finance, then Deputy Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne in July 2023. 

Within Babilou Family, she will have overall responsibility for Education, Sustainability and Quality, Human Resources, Operations, Performance as well as Marketing and Communication.

The transformation of Babilou Family also involves consolidating its international development. This mission is entrusted to Benoit Lamezec. Vice-President of Babilou Family since 2018, he is becoming Group Vice-President for Asia and Central Europe. He will continue the Digital transformation of the Group that he has been leading for six years.
